My mission is to empower you to connect deeply to your own life-force energy ,your own unique healing and to honor your relationship with your whole self. I do this by guiding Transformational Breathwork , curating Sound Therapy Sessions, and teaching Kundalini Yoga (YTT200 Kundalini University). These embodied meditation tools and practices help to build and expand nervous system resilience, to heal core wounds, and to cultivate self-compassion and self-care. In our work together you are invited to tap into non-ordinary states of consciousness in order to drop deep into your heart space and allow new neural pathways to connect.
I am a trained trauma-conscious MSW (NYU 2006) and use my training in psychotherapy and family systems to inform all of my healing work. These modalities allure you to let go of patterns and conditioning that no longer serve you and beckon you to co-create the way you want to BE in the world.

The medicine of this work lives in attunement. Through breath, sound, movement, and deep listening, I offer a space where your nervous system can soften, your body can speak, and your inner wisdom can emerge. My role is to guide, witness, and support the unfolding, using trauma-conscious care, intuitive listening, and embodied practices that help you access clarity, expression, and connection.
