Re-tune, realign and harmonize imbalance on the physical, mental or emotional level.  Sound and vibration can help to alleviate fatigue and discomfort, inviting deep relaxation and relief. This enables the body to make the shifts necessary for healing to take place on all levels.  Sound therapy sessions are offered one-on-one and small groups.  

A session with Shannon may include tuning forks (weighted and non-weighted), gong, singing bowls, or other instruments as well as talk therapy, guided meditation and/or chakra work; all tailored to your specific needs.
